摘要
农村留守儿童的学校教育理应以培养留守儿童成为人格健全,能够适应留守生活,未来可参与新农村建设的行为主体为教育目的,其中建构留守儿童主体性是关键。观照目前农村学校教育现状,存在城市文化专断、农村文化缺位及教师非理性关爱的现象,留守儿童主体意识被压抑,主体性难以正常建构,农村学校教育目的发生偏离。对此,可通过加强合理利用农村文化资源,有效整合城乡文化力量,培养教师的理性情感来改善。
The aim of stay-at-home children's school education is to make them become the ones who have healthy personalities, let them adapt to stay-at-home life, and can be involved in the new rural construction in the near future. The key point of the education is to build theirs subjectivity. The depress subject consciousness of stay-at-home children is caused by the absence of rural culture, monopolistic urban culture and the irrational care from teachers. All these factors lead to the departure of education aim and unmoral construction of children's personality. Therewith, people can improve the present situation by utilizing rural culture resources reasonably, strengthening the combination of urban and rural culture, and cultivating teachers' rational emotional attitude to stay-at-home children.
