摘要
受伊斯兰教文化、回族家庭文化、回族社区文化、回族重商文化功利性等多种因素的影响,相对汉族学生来说,回族学困生比例较高。而中小学教师又缺乏相应的多元文化教育能力,不能对其进行正确的引导、教育,教育效果低下,而且还存在教育过程的不公平现象,影响了他们的正常学习和健康发展,在一定程度上影响了教育公平的实施。借鉴美国多元文化教育的成功经验,提出在职教师应树立多元文化教育意识,加强在职教师的多元文化教育培训,强化职前师范生的多元文化教育等,以提高中小学教师的多元文化教育能力,进而提高教育质量,推进教育公平,提升少数民族的文化素养。
Compared with Han ethnic students, there are a large number of Hui ethnic students with learning difficulties, influenced by the cultures of Islamic, the Hui ethnic family, Hui ethnic community, commercial utility etc.. While the teachers of primary and secondary schools are lack of the ability of multicultural education and can't give them proper instruction and education, which leads to the bad effect, and influences their studies and health and the process of education justice. Base on the successful experience of American multicultural education, in order to improve the teachers' ability of muhicuhural education in primary and secondary schools, the in-service teachers should have the consciousness of multicuhural education, and strengthen the muhicuhural education and training; the pre-service teachers should strengthen their muhicultural education. Therefore, the quality of education can be improved, education fairness developed, and the cultural literacy of whole national promoted.
