耐力运动对大鼠IGF-I基因表达及卫星细胞增殖的影响

An influence on the IGF-I genetic expression and satellite cells proliferation of rats from endurance exercise

摘要 采用半定量RT-PCR法和透射电镜法,观察大鼠不同运动强度游泳运动后骨骼肌IGF-IEa mRNA和MGF mRNA表达水平的变化以及骨骼肌卫星细胞的形态变化,阐述运动使骨骼肌增生肥大和损伤再修复的机制。 This article take the SD rats as research object, by using the methods of semi-quantitative RT-PCR and TEM, observe the rats' expression level changes of skeletal muscle IGF-I Ea mRNA and MGF mRNA and the form change of skeletal muscle satellite cells after different intensity exercise, expounded the mechanism of exercise make skeletal muscle hypertrophy and damage repair.
