运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,以青少年体质现状、高校体育课程改革为研究背景,从场地、师资力量、学生接受状况等方面入手,对我国普通高校开设沙滩运动选项课进行分析,以期为沙滩运动选项课在高校得以开展提供参考。

By using the methods of documents and logical analysis, this article take the colleges physical education reform as research background and analyzes the beach sport elective course setting up in regular higher education institutions from site, teachers and students accept situation, in order to provides some references for the develop extensive of college beach sports.
