班组是企业安全生产的最基本单位,做好班组安全管理才能确保企业安全生产的长治久安。企业领导要从思想上认识到班组安全管理的重要性,把班组安全管理工作纳入企业的发展目标,通过选配、培训全面提高基层班组长的素质,开展多种形式的班组安全活动,不断强化职工的安全意识,认真开好基层班组的班前会、班后会,做到安全天天讲,警钟日日敲,开展经常性的班组安全检查,并严格进行考核、奖惩,建立健全班组安全生产责任制,明确班组成员的责权利,从而夯实企业安全生产的基础。
