Regarding to faster wear-out and shorter service lifttime issue of ball mill as well as equipment faults caused by unusual mine penetration , reason have been analyzed , further improvement project of mechanical seal mounted up at inlet and outlet has been implemented , which solved defects absolutely and obtained evident improve-ment effect.
