摘要
20世纪二三十年代,教育家们在教育救国的理想下办学育人、躬耕实践,在极其艰苦的环境下,培养了一大批国家的栋梁之才,造就了中国近现代高等教育自产生以来的一个发展高峰期。他们办学的共同特征是:心怀社会责任,立足中国实际;注重学校"软"、"硬"环境建设;民主治校;注重基础,突出特色。这些是今天的高等教育改革所应借鉴的。
In the 1920 s and 1930 s, Educators regardless of personal gain or loss, cultivated many talented people for the development of Nation, and created a peak period of the modern higher education under the extremely difficult environment. Their common characteristics of running universities-with the social responsibility, well-defined educational aims, based on China's realities, absorbing the West into the Chinese, paying attention to the school hardware and software construction, democratic governance, paying attention to the foundation, outstanding characteristics-What are today's higher education reform should draw lessons from, worthy of our in-depth discussion.
