摘要
本文根据FSC赛车设计规则要求,利用Optimum Lap软件对FSC赛车链传动系统的传动比进行设计及优化,得到了最优传动比以确保法发动机最佳的动力输出。在此基础上,对FSC赛车链传动系统的关键零部件进行了设计,并对其强度进行了有限元分析,仿真结果表明FSC赛车链传动系统的关键零部件结构强度均满足设计要求。
According to the design rules requirement of FSC race car,chain driving system ratio of the FSC race car was designed and optimized.In order to insure the optimal power export of the engine,the optimal ratio was gotten.On this basis,chain driving system critical components of the FSC race car was designed,and the intensity of the critical components were analyzed by finite element method.The simulation results show that the structure intensity of the critical components satisfies the design requirements.
