湖北省医用特殊物品出入境材料技术审查工作初探

Exploration of technical review procedure for entry- exit medical special materials in Hubei

目的通过对湖北省医用特殊物品出入境卫生检疫监管环节中申请材料的技术审查,保障保护我省人类资源和公共卫生安全,防止人类资源流失和有害物品传入传出。方法对六年来由武汉为目的地,由各个口岸出入境的医用特殊物品批次、数量以及不同的类别进行统计分析。结果基于对医用特殊物品的种类、数量越来越多,病原因子传入传出的生物安全风险越来越高,为了保证医用特殊物品出入境卫生检疫管理的落实,现对目前医用特殊物品出入境管理技术审查提出了相应的对策与建议。结论为建立良好的医用特殊物品出入境的卫生检疫机制,强化后续管理提供了依据。

Objective This the loss of resources and the article intends to protect entrance and outgoing of medical materials. Methods This article statistically and quantity from different entry - exit ports in Wuhan and quantity of entry -exit special medical materials, the provincial human resources and public safety and to avoid hazardous materials by technical review of entry - exit special analyzes the special medical materials including their batches during the past five years. Results As the increase of items the risk of bio - safety caused by pathogenic factors transmis- sion becomes higher. In order to carry out the health quarantine supervision of the entry - exit special medical materials, this article put forward some responding countermeasures and suggestions to the current technical review of entry - exit special medical materials. Conclusion This article provides a basis for the build of entry - exit special medical materials health quarantine system and the enhancement of the follow- up management.
