苏州口岸2002-2012年出入境人员传染病监测情况分析

Epidemic trend analysis of infectious diseases among entry- exit personnel at Suzhou Ports from 2002 to 2012

目的统计分析近十年来苏州地区出入境人员传染病发病趋势及分布特点,为苏州地区的传染病防治与监控提供参考。方法对苏州地区2002-2012年间出入境人员各类传染病监测数据进行系统的收集、整理和分析。结果 2002-2012年苏州地区出入境人员进行传染病监测人数共100566人次,共检出各类传染病483例。各类传染病的发病率基本呈逐年递增的趋势。结论传染病检出病例主要集中在台湾地区的入境人员和商务人员两大人群;针对该两大人员应采取积极的监控措施,提高监测水平,健全防控措施。

Objective Statistics of entry - exit travelerg infectious disease trends over the past decade in Suzhou are analyzed, so as to provide a reference for infectious disease prevention and monitoring of Suzhou area. Methods Data from all infectious diseases cases among entry - exit travelers in Suzhou from 2002 to 2012 are col- lected, sorted and analyzed. Results From 2002 to 2012, the number of infectious diseases surveillance cases in Suzhou is 100,566. 483 cases of various types of infectious diseases are detected. The disease rates of all kinds of infectious diseases are increasing by year. Conclusion Infectious cases detected mainly concentrated in entry per- sonnel from Taiwan and business monitoring level should be raised people crowd. Active measures should be taken against that two kinds of people, and prevention and control measures should be improved.
