我国中西部生态旅游资源城市开发的政策法律对策分析——以甘肃省张掖市为例

The Countermeasure Analysis of Policy and Law about Ecological Tourism Resource Development in the Midwest City——Taking Zhangye in Gansu Province as an example

城市生态旅游资源开发是一种旨在尊重自然环境保护、崇尚绿色人文旅游、关注和倡导人与自然和谐发展的旅游资源开发形式。位于我国中西部的该类型城市明显处于地域劣势。其发展生态旅游业不仅能增加收入,促进地区的经济发展,而且能保护城市生态环境,使生态类资源得到更加科学高效利用。文章以甘肃省张掖市为例,提出了中西部城市生态旅游资源开发实现新发展的政策法律治理分析。

Urban ecological tourism resources development is a new way to respect the natural environmental protection, advocate green culture tourism, and proposes the harmonious development of nature and human. Located in the Midwest the development of ecological tourism can not only increase their income, promote regional economic development, but also can protect the city ecological environment, make the use of ecological source more scientific and efficient. Taking Zhangye as an example, this paper puts forward the Midwest urban ecological tourism resources development and realizes the new development of legal governance policy analysis.
