中枢性高热患者冰毯机降温与冰毯机加药物降温效果观察

Observation of the Cooling Effects between Ice Blanket and Ice Blanket Supplemented by Medicine on Patients with Central High Fever

目的:中枢性高热病人应用冰毯机加药物吲哚美辛栓肛门内给药降温的效果观察。方法:对中枢性高热病人在常规治疗基础上,分别采用冰毯机加药物吲哚美辛栓肛门内给药降温和冰毯机降温,比较两组病人降温效果。结果:两组病人降温效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冰毯机加药物吲哚美辛栓肛门内给药降温效果明显优于冰毯机降温。

Objective： To observe the cooling effects of ice blanket supplemented by anal administration of indometacin suppositories on patients with central high fever. Methods： In addition to conventional treatment, two cooling methods i.e. ice blanket and ice blanket supplemented by anal administration of indometacin suppositories, were adopted, and their effects on patients were compared.Results： The difference in cooling effects between two methods was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The cooling effects of ice blanket supplemented by anal administration of indometacin suppositories were apparently better than those of ice blanket alone.
