The Application of Nursing Risk Management in General Surgery Wards

目的:探讨普外科护理风险管理及其成效。方法:通过实施"四个重点"质量管理对策;健全护理风险管理机制;加强法制观念,改善服务态度;提高沟通技巧,加深医患互信等措施,来提高护士的风险意识和风险防范能力。结果:护理人员风险意识和服务意识增强,护理质量得到明显提高。结论:在普外科病房实施护理风险管理对策,以提高患者的满意度及护理质量,确保护理安全,减少护理差错和护理纠纷。

Objective：To explore the nursing risk management in general surgery wards and its effect. Methods： Nurses＇ risk consciousness and abilities to prevent risks were improved by the following measures such as implementing the Four Key quality management strategies, perfecting nursing risk management system, reinforcing legal awareness and improving service attitude,increasing communication skills and mutual trust between doctors and patients. Results： That nurses＇ awareness of risk and service were increased could significantly improve the quality of nursing. Conclusion： The application of nursing risk management in general surgery wards improved the patients＇ satisfaction and the quality of nursing, guaranteed the security and reduced disputes in nursing.
