Promote Reform of Student-Based Education and Change the Role of Normal University Student in Advance

生本教育是高等师范院校师范生培养模式的重要变革。教师应改变教育观念,改变教学方式,改变教学评价,激发学生潜能,让师范生提前转换角色,尝试学生自"教",加强讨论合作学习,鼓励学生参与和创新,提高学生综合素养。

In this paper,it explained that student--based education was an important reform of education model for normal uni- versity student in higher normal colleges and universities. Teachers should change educational concept, change teaching methods and teaching evaluation,stimulate students＂ potential,change the role of normal university student in advance, let students try to teach themselves, strengthen discussion--based cooperative learning, encourage students to participate and innovate, and im- prove their comprehensive quality.
