“卓越计划”背景下校企联合培养路径的思考

Reflection on School-Enterprise Cooperation under the Background of “A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers”

在"卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施过程中,各试点高校积极搭建校企合作平台,探索构建校内外有机结合的人才培养机制。然而,校企合作尚未形成深度融合,校企合作的融通性有待加强,创新性和实效性有待深化。"卓越计划"的深入推进需要各方利益主体的沟通与协调,共同采取措施破解难题。

During the implementation process of ＂A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers＂, the pilot colleges and universities actively build the school--enterprise cooperation platform,and explore talent training mechanism. However, school--enterprise cooperation has not formed in--depth integration. It is required to guarantee the mergence,to explore the ef- fectiveness, diversity and innovation of school-- enterprise cooperation. The smooth implementation of this plan requires commu- nication and coordination of various stakeholders,and needs joint measures to crack issues.
