摘要
影视鉴赏具有直观性、感染性和综合性的优点,在《法制文学》课程教学中,始终以文学教学为主,以影视教学为辅,紧紧围绕提高学生的法律素养和文学素质这一核心目标,运用问题式教学法、研讨式教学法以及实践式教学法,培养学生对影视作品的评判能力,加深学生对作品的理解及创作的解读,完善学生的知识结构和人格品性,使学生的自主性和合作精神得到充分发挥,让文学教学与影视教学两者有效地整合、应用,达到最佳的教学效果。
Film appreciating has the advantages of intuitive, infectious and comprehensive. In the teaching of the course Literature of Law,it always gives priority to literature teaching, film appreciating as auxiliary, based on improving the students" legal ac- complishment and literature quality, using problem--based teaching, discussion teaching and practice teaching, to cultivate students" ability to judge of film and television works, let both the literature teaching and film appreciating to achieve the best teaching effect.
