Study on Dual-qualification Teachers Training in Vocational Education Based on Virtual Factory of Advanced Manufacturing Mode

在分析当前职业教育师资培训存在主要问题的基础上,提出以先进制造模拟工厂为平台,让教师在模拟和展现最贴近生产现场的情景下进行体验式培训教学,并在培训过程中提升自己的实践工作能力。这将是解决职师培训与企业生产相脱节的重要途径之一。

This paper analyzes the main problems of teachers＂ training in the current vocational education. And then, the author proposes the experiential training for teachers in the closest situational simulation of the production line based on virtual factory of advanced manufacturing mode,which can enhance their practical ability to work in the training process. The author also indi- cates that this will be one of the important ways to solve the separation between vocational teachers training and enterprise pro- duction.
