摘要
根据学院商用汽车技术专业群与瑞典斯堪尼亚公司合作的实际,结合学院商用汽车技术专业群课程教学改革的特点,借鉴阿吉里斯(Chris Argyris)和舍恩(Donald A.Schon)在行动理论中发现的"信奉理论"与"使用理论"之别,以"信奉理论"与"使用理论"的框架为基础,从该专业群投入的质量、过程的质量、结果的质量三个方面,系统介绍我校商用汽车技术专业群课程质量保证体系构建的实践模式,这对深入认识教师的知与行统一问题,以确保人才培养质量具有重要的实践意义。
Based on the practice of cooperation between our institute's commercial vehicle technology group and Swedish Scania, combined with the features of our instituters commercial vehicle technology group's course teaching reform, using Argyris (Chris Argyris) and Schoen (Donald A. Schon) believed in "theories of action"the difference between "espoused theory" and "theory--in--use" for reference, the foundation on the basis of "frame theory" ,among three aspects of quality of the commer- cial vehicle technology group investment quality, process quality, outcome quality, introduced our commercial vehicle technology curriculum quality assurance practice mode of system construction,has important practical significance to solve teachers" prob- lem:unity of knowledge and practice, ensure the quality of personnel training.
