终身教育体系下广西民族地区社区学院建设探究

On Community College Construction in Guangxi Ethnic Minority Area under Lifelong Education System

社区学院建设是终身教育体系、学习型社会构建的一个重要组成部分。广西的社区教育相对经济发达的地区仍存在较大差距,近年政府加大重视力度,正式批准南宁、北海、桂林、柳州、百色等城市开展社区教育试点工作,取得一定进展,但成效不明显,社区学院建设仍处在起步阶段。笔者从广西社区学院建设现状,分析广西社区学院建设存在问题,并提出广西应在把握社区学院功能和办学目的、提升社区学院的影响力、合理配置社区学院资源、加强政府的支持与调控、整合社会资源合力办学等方面的社区学院建设对策。

The community college construction is of great importance to build lifelong education system and learning society,but compares to other developed areas, community education in Guangxi is relatively backward. Recent years, government pays more attention to community educations and has formally approved the cities like Nanning,Beihai,Guilin, Liuzhou and Baise to carry out the pilot work. Although achieving some progress,the community college construction is still in the initial stage. After analyzing the status quo and problems of community college construction in Guangxi,the paper puts forward some countermeasures like gasping the functions and aims of community college,improving the influence,allocating the resources rationally, enforcing the government support and control,and integrating society resources to cooperatively run schools,etc.
