地方高校产学研合作人才培养模式探究——以吉首大学工商管理国家特色专业建设为例

Discussion of the Mode of UNISPAR for Talent Training in Local Colleges and Universities——Using Business Administration Specialty Construction of Jishou University as an Example

选择合适的产学研合作人才培养模式对地方高校培养应用型人才起着至关重要的作用,目前地方高校产学研合作人才培养模式包括"订单式""X+Y"模式和"工学交替式"等类型,但地方高校在选用产学研合作人才培养模式中存在不少问题。文章总结了吉首大学工商管理专业在进行国家特色专业建设中搭建的具有地方特色的产学研合作人才培养模式,包括专业建设目标与人才培养目标的一致、校外人才培养实习基地群和智能库的建设、学生未来职业生涯指导与教学改革的结合、以职业经理人综合素质养成计划为中心的创新创业平台的搭建等;同时指出地方高校在进行产学研合作人才培养模式的构建中需注意的事项。

It is important to select the appropriate mode of University-Industry--Science Institute Partnership （UNISPAR） for talent training of local colleges and universities. There are the mode of order-oriented, the mode of ＂X＋Y＂ and the mode of work-integrated learning. There are many problems on choosing of the modes. So it has become a question for colleges to think about how to contribute to enterprises,economy and society by adopting what kind of combining mode. To Jishou university,it has also been a significant subject on how to create a suitable developing mode by utilizing its advantages. The main body of this paper analyzes how to combine with local characteristics of the production to construct the mode of UNISPAR on Business Administration. At the same time the paper points out that the local colleges in the training mode of UNISPAR should pay attention to some matters.
