Research on School Tradition Construction from Freshmen Orientation

入学教育是新生大学生涯的起点,是对大学生进行教育和管理的关键时段。文章基于大学生学习状况的调查分析,提出新生入学教育应在做好常规思想政治教育工作的同时,加强对新生的学习教育和指导工作,为学生形成优良学风打下基础,并就如何改进新生入学教育、加强新生学风建设工作展开探讨。

As a starting point for college life,freshmen orientation plays a critical role in undergraduates＇ education and management. Based on the investigation and analysis of undergraduates＇ learning status, the paper attempts to put forward the idea that, while the routine ideological and political work is being done, freshmen orientation and guidance should be strengthened in order to lay a solid foundation for the school tradition construction. It also makes an exploration about how to improve freshmen orientation and reinforce the school tradition construction.
