摘要 以长治A煤业3#煤大采高工作面为背景,分析了沿空掘巷时基本顶的结构特性、回采巷道围岩的稳定性以及小煤柱留设的应力分布环境,针对其地质和生产条件,通过理论计算得出煤柱的最小留设宽度,利用数值模拟软件分析了不同宽度的留设煤柱在回采时的应力分布及稳定性,进而确定了煤柱的留设宽度,并采用矿压实测验证了煤柱整体保持较稳定,满足了对顶板的支撑,起到了护巷作用,不但有利于巷道的维护,而且提高了煤炭采出率,降低了支护成本,可为类似矿井提供借鉴。 In the background of large height mining face about 3#coal of Changzhi A coal mining company. Structure characteristics of basic roof,stability of roadway surrounding rock and the stress distribution environment of small coal pillar setting were analyzed in the process of roadway driving along goaf.According to the geological condi-tions and production conditions,the minimum width of coal pillar was obtained by theoretical calculation.And in-si-tu stress distribution and stability of the different width pillars in the mining was analyzed by using numerical simula-tion software.And then determines the coal pillar width.Mine pressure measured was applied to verify the overall coal pillar that remains relatively stable,satisfied for roof support,plays the role of roadway protection.Not only is advantageous to the roadway maintenance,but also improves the coal recovery rate and reduces the cost of the sup-porting.It provides a theoretical basis and technical approach for the high stress mines.
