摘要
随着煤矿开采深度的增加和开采速度的提高,矿井瓦斯涌出量不断增大,瓦斯抽采已成为高瓦斯和煤与瓦斯突出矿井生产过程中必不可少的安全环节。针对高瓦斯低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采的难题,通过在东曲矿28208皮顺掘进工作面应用CO2预裂爆破增透技术,提高了煤层渗透性及瓦斯抽采率,降低了煤层中的瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量,消除了煤与瓦斯突出的危险,经济技术效果显著,可为类似煤层瓦斯抽采提供借鉴。
With the increase of mining depth and mining speed mine gas emission constantly increase,gas ex-traction has been become essential safety link of the high gas and coal and gas outburst mine in the process of produc-tion.Aimed at the problem of gas extraction in high gas and low permeability coal seam,through application of CO2 pre-splitting blasting anti-reflection technology in Dongqu coal mine 28208 belt roadway tunneling face,improve the permeability of coal seam and gas extraction rate,reduce the gas pressure in coal seam and gas content,eliminates the danger of coal and gas outburst.Governance effect is obvious,economic and technical effect is significant,can provide reference for gas extraction of similar coal seam.
