热电冷联产在焦化厂的高效应用

摘要 根据山西煤钢联正智煤化公司焦化厂的实际情况,从技术先进、投资收益、运营利润、节能效果等方面进行优化分析,确定以燃气轮机配套余热锅炉及蒸汽型溴化锂冷水机组,形成热电冷联产模式。充分利用裕量煤气,在实现最大发电量的情况下,满足焦化生产蒸汽需求,夏季生产用剩余蒸汽通过溴化锂冷水机组提供冷却量,形成能源转换最大收益,符合国家产业节能政策,同时设备的安全性、可靠性、综合利用率较高。 According to the actual situation of the coking plant of Shanxi coal and steel union Zhengzhi coalifica-tion company,makes optimization analysis from the advanced technology,investment income,operating profit,energy saving effect and others,determines a complete set of gas turbine waste heat boiler and steam lithium bromide chiller, forms a model of cogeneration cooling heating and power.Makes full use of the margin gas,in the case of achieving maximum capacity,meets the demand of coking production steam.Residual steam by lithium bromide chiller provides cooling capacity in summer,forms the maximum gain of energy transfer.Accords with the national industry energy conservation policy,at the same time security,reliability and comprehensive utilization of the equipment are higher.
