摘要
知识改变岗位,素质成就未来,中高职毕业生走上工作岗位,需要在工作过程中自主学习提升自己,实现工作业绩的提升、工作岗位的提升、工作职位的提升,实践打通理论、强化理论,项目细化任务、优化实践环节,构建终身学习的工作过程知识结构体系,强化应用操作性与理论指导性。企业以物质文化为基础,以精神文化为主导,以制度文化为保障完善人才培养成长制度。
As shown in the survey on vocational graduates, their knowledge and quality play a critical role in their ca- reer and achievements. While these graduates are at work, they need to learn to improve theselves and work perfor- mance, to achieve job promotion, to make practice combine with theory, to laborate project task and optimize practices aiming to build a lifelong learning structure system and strengthen the application of practical and theoretical guidance. On the other hand, enterprises are supposed to improve the employees' development system by laying down material foundation, being guided by spiritual culture and guranteed by rules.
