美国护生对健康素养态度及需求的质性研究

Qualitative study on the attitudes and demand of health literaly for American nursing students

目的:了解美国护生对健康素养的态度及需求,以及学校对护生的健康素养培养情况,为我国学校健康素养培养方案提供依据。方法:对美国博伊西州立大学护理学院11名大四学生进行半结构访谈,并运用Colaizzi现象学资料分析法进行分析。结果:所有受访护生都认为健康素养非常重要,希望学校设计更多的方案来提升健康素养水平。结论:学校要提高护生对健康素养的认识,制订并实施健康素养培养方案,积极推行高仿真模拟人教学,共同促进护生的健康素养水平。

Objective：To investigate the nursing students′attitude and demand of health literacy in American,and school on students′health literacy training,provide the basis for our school health literacy training scheme. Methods：Used the semi-structured interviews for the 11 senior in Boise State Universi-ty,and the Colaizzi phenomenology data analysis. Results：All the surveyed students believe that health literacy is very important,and hope school could design more measures to improve the health literacy level about nursing students. Conclusion：The school should raise awareness of the health literacy of nursing students,to formulate and implement the health literacy training program,actively promote the simulation teaching,and jointly promote the health literacy level of students.
