以团队为基础教学法在《内科护理》教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 笔者在《内科护理》教学中实施了以团队为基础(TBL)的教学法,该教学法能够提高学生的综合能力,但也存在部分学生不适应该教学法及小组分配不合理等问题。在应用的过程中要重视授课章节的选择,同时应帮助学生适应新的教学模式,注意分组的合理性,制定恰当的评价指标以期达到更好的教学效果。
