品管圈活动在静脉输液病人减少红灯管理中的效果

Effect of quality control circle on reducing the red light during the management of venous transfusion

目的:探讨品管圈活动在静脉输液管理中减少红灯的效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,活动开展前对输液过程中红灯多的现状问题进行要因分析,制定并落实质量改进措施,开展品管圈活动。结果:红灯数量由改善前的平均每天82次降为改善后的27次。结论:品管圈活动可降低输液过程中红灯的发生率,持续提高护理质量及病人满意度。

Objective：To investigate the effect of quality control circle to reduce the red light during the management of venous transfusion. Methods：The group of quality control circle was established. Before the activities carried out the reasons of the raise of the red light during venous transfusion were ana-lyzed. Then the improvement measures were made and came to apply. Results：The number of red light was decreased from 82 times per day to 27 times per day after the activities of quality control circle. Conclusion：The activities of quality control circle can significantly reduce the rate of red light during venous transfusion, and improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction of the patients.
