生理盐水注射流率在头颈部CT动脉血管成像检查中消除对比剂伪影影响的观察

The effect of different physiological saline injection rate to eliminate artifacts in CT angiography of the head and neck check

目的：探讨在头颈部CT动脉血管成像（CTA）中的生理盐水最佳注射流率。方法：选取2012年11月-2013年9月行双源CT头颈部CTA 84例患者为研究对象,按时间顺序等分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,3组分别采用生理盐水注射流率为5.0 ml/s,5.5 ml/s,6.0 ml/s进行检查,比较3组患者的对比剂存留和不良反应发生情况。结果：试验2组对比剂存留明显少于对照组和试验1组（P〈0.05）。3组患者不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：在头颈部CT检查中生理盐水注射流率为6.0 ml/s可明显消除对比剂伪影的影响。

Objective：To investigate the best of saline injection rate in CT angiography of the head and neck. Methods：Eighty-four patients were divided into three groups randomly with different intravenous injection rates,respectively,5. 0 ml/s （control group）,5. 5 ml/s （experimental group 1） and 6. 0 ml/s （experimental group 2）. The effect of eliminating artifacts and adverse reaction was compared. The suitable saline injection rate of CT angiography of the head and neck was analyzed. Results：The effect of eliminating artifacts in experimental group 2 （6. 0 ml/s） was better than other two group （P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction among three group were no statistical significance （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Batter effect of eliminating artifacts is obtained in the CT angiography of the head and neck examination at the rate of 6. 0 ml/s.
