益气温肾汤联合鲑降钙素注射液治疗跟骨骨折后骨萎缩临床研究

Clinical Studies of Yiqi Wenshen Soup Combined with Calcitonin Injection in Treating Osteanabrosis of Calcis Fracture

目的:观察益气温肾汤联合鲑降钙素注射液治疗跟骨骨折后骨萎缩的临床疗效。方法:选取跟骨骨折后骨萎缩患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各43例。两组均给予鲑降钙素皮下注射,在此基础上对照组加用强骨胶囊治疗,观察组加用益气温肾汤治疗,治疗后比较两组临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为74.4%,治疗组有效率为90.7%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:益气温肾汤联合鲑降钙素注射液对跟骨骨折后骨萎缩有显著疗效,可大大改善患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Wenshen soup combined with Calcitonin injection in treating osteanabrosis of calcis fracture, Methods ：86 cases with osteanabrosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random digits table,43 eases in each group. Both the two groups were treated with Calcitonin injection, subcutaneous injection. The control group was given additional Qianggu capsules and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Wenshen Decoction. Compare the clinical curative effect of two groups after treatment. Results：The effective rate was 74.4% in control group and 90.7% in treatment group. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group. During treatment there had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion：Yiqi Wenshen soup combined with Calcitonin injection in treating osteanabrosis of calcis fracture has obvious therapeutic effect and can greatly improve the life quality of patients.
