摘要
目的:观察天麻钩藤饮配合卡托普利对肾血管性高血压模型大鼠血压的影响。方法:从78只大鼠中抽取8只作为假手术组,余下采用改良的"两肾一夹"法进行肾血管性高血压动物造模,模型复制成功48只。造模成功后随机平均分为天麻钩藤饮联合西药组(中西结合组),天麻钩藤饮组,卡托普利组,模型组,比较分析5组血压、肾脏质量变化情况。结果:造模成功的48只大鼠血压在造模成功后明显比造模前高(P<0.05);肾血管性高血压大鼠的各分组左肾质量/右肾质量(Lkid/Rkid值)明显低于假手术组,右肾质量明显高于假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而肾血管性大鼠的各分组间比较,差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后中西结合组、卡托普利组、天麻钩藤饮组血压明显低于模型组(P<0.01);治疗后中西结合组血压明显低于卡托普利组、天麻钩藤饮组(P<0.01)。结论:天麻钩藤饮配伍卡托普利降压效果更明显,两药合用可起到增效减毒作用。
Objective :To investigate effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Captopril on renal vascular hypertension rats. Methods: Collect 8 in 78 rats served as sham operation group. The rest were adopted improved Liangshenyijia method to form renal vascular hypertension animal model for 48. The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. The Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with western medicine were treated with Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Captopril. The Tianma Gouteng Yin group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Yin decoction. Captopril group was treated with Captopril. The model group was given no intervention. Compare and analyze the blood pressure and kidney weight changes of 5 groups. Result: The blood pressure of 48 successful model rats were obviously higher than before modeling success. The left kidney( Lkid/Rkid value) of each group in renovascular hypertensive rats was significantly lower than that of sham operation group. The right renal weight was significantly higher than that in sham operation group, the difference was statistically significance ( P 〈 0.01 ). But there were no significantly difference compared with the each group ( P 〉 0.05 ). After treating, the blood pressure of TCM and western group, Captopril group and Tianma Gouteng Yin decoction group were significantly lower than that of mod- el group(P 〈0.01 ). TCM and Western medicine group were significantly lower than that of Captopril group and Tianma Gouteng Yin group after treatment( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions :Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Captopril on renal vascular hypertension has obvious effect. Combination of two drugs can achieve synergistic attenuation.
