冬瓜皮炭对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠的治疗作用观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较冬瓜皮炭对腺嘌呤诱导大鼠慢性肾衰模型的治疗作用。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分成6组:空白组,模型组,爱西特组,冬瓜皮炭高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。除空白组外,其余各组以腺嘌呤灌胃29 d后,测定大鼠血清中肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸值和制作肾脏病理切片,评价大鼠慢性肾衰模型的建立;再分别以爱西特,冬瓜皮炭高剂量、中剂量、低剂量进行治疗,灌胃15 d后,测定上述观察指标。结果:造模后,生化检查结果显示:给予大鼠腺嘌呤灌胃后模型组、爱西特组、冬瓜皮炭(低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组)组与空白组比较,BUN,SCr、UA显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明造模成功。爱西特组、冬瓜皮炭(低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组)组、模型组比较,BUN、SCr、UA无显著性差异(P>0.05),说明5组之间具有可比性。治疗15 d后:与模型组比较,爱西特组,冬瓜皮炭高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组BUN、SCr、UA明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冬瓜皮炭各剂量组与爱西特组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冬瓜皮炭无论在降低氮质代谢产物、纠正酸中毒还是肾脏病理方面,均有治疗作用,为进一步开发冬瓜皮炭制剂奠定了实验基础。 Objective:To compare the therapeutic action of Dongguapi Charcoal in treating chronic kidney failure rats. Methods:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups : blank group, model group, Aixite group, Dongguapi Charcoal high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group. Except the blank group, the rest of the group was given adenine lavage. After 29 d, determine the creatinine, urea nitrogen, uric acid value and production of kidney pathological section of rat serum. Evaluate the above. With love, again, wax gourd peel carbon high dose,middle dose and low dose treatment. After 15 d,determine the outcome. Results: Alter building,biochemical test results showed that BUN, SCr and UA of model group, Aixite group, Dongguapi Charcoal group (low dose group, middle dose group, high dose group) were significantly higher. Compared with the blank group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 01 ). Compared the BUN, SCr and UA, there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). After 15 d treatment results : compared with model group, BUN, SCr and UA of Aixite group, Dongguapi Charcoal high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group were significantly reduced. Compared the Dongguapi Charcoal high dose group with Aixite group, there was no statistically significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Dongguapi Charcoal has remedial effect in reducing nitrogen metabolites, correcting acidosis and renal pathology to lay the experimental basis for the further development.
