摘要
目的:探讨创愈膏在对大鼠溃疡创面愈合不同时间点肉芽组织细胞中转化生长因子(TGF-β1)的含量表达,为进一步验证临床疗效提供实验依据。方法:60只SD大鼠复制成背部感染溃疡创面模型,并随机平均分为创愈膏组、湿润烧伤膏组和生理盐水组,分别外敷创愈膏、湿润烧伤膏和生理盐水纱条换药,并于第3天、第7天、第14天、第21天取创面肉芽组织,用免疫组织化学(SABC)法测量TGF-β1,以阳性细胞数反应其含量变化。结果:第3天、第7天、第14天、第21天,创愈膏组、湿润烧伤膏组肉芽组织TGF-β1均高于生理盐水组(P<0.01);第7天时创愈膏组、湿润烧伤膏组TGF-β1均达到峰值,在第14天时仍保持高水平,二者无显著性差异(P>0.05);而生理盐水组在同一时间点TGF-β1也达到高峰,但明显低于前两组。各时间点创愈膏组高于湿润烧伤膏组,但两组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:创愈膏能增加大鼠溃疡创面肉芽组织细胞中TGF-β1的含量,从而促进创面愈合。
Objective:To explore the effect of Chuangyu paste on transforming growth factor beta content in different time points in rat ulcer wound healing granulation tissue cells to provide experimental basis for further verify of clinical curative effect. Methods :60 SD established as back ulcer wound infection model were randomly divided into the cream group, moist burn cream group and saline group, respectively apply the Chuangyu paste,moist burn cream and physiological saline gauze dressing. On the third day,7th day, 14th day,21th day taking wound granulation tissue, use immunohistoehemical method(SABC) TGF-beta 1, number of positive cells response its content change. Re- suits:On the third day,Tth day,14th day,21th day,TGF-beta 1 of cream group and moist burn cream group were higher than that of physiological saline group( P 〈 0. 01 ). On the 7th day ,TGF-beta 1 of cream group and moist burn cream group achieve peak. The content still maintain a high level on 14th day and there was no significant difference(P 〉0. 05) between them. The saline groups also achieve peaked at the same time point ,but significantly lower than that of the former two groups. The cream group was higher than that of the moist burn cream each time point,but there was no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Chuangyu paste can increase the TGF-beta 1 of ulcer wound granulation tissue cells so as to promote wound healing.
