摘要
目的:观察九龙虫对自然衰老雌性大鼠生殖系统的影响。方法:将40只15月龄SD雌性大鼠按随机数字表法分为模型组、九龙虫高剂量组、九龙虫中剂量组、九龙虫低剂量组,每组10只;10只4月龄大鼠分为为青年组;10只18月龄大鼠分为老年组。九龙虫高剂量组、九龙虫中剂量组、九龙虫低剂量组灌胃给予九龙虫混悬液0.028 g·(kg·d)-1、0.014 g·(kg·d)-1、0.007 g·(kg·d)-1,模型组、青年组和老年组给予生理盐水15 mL·(kg·d)-1,连续42 d。末次给药24 h后,称质量,检测卵巢指数和子宫指数,血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)含量,并进行卵巢组织形态学观察。结果:与青年组比较,模型组卵巢指数和子宫指数,E2、P含量,卵巢初级卵泡、次级卵泡、成熟卵泡数量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),九龙虫各剂量组的上述指标均得到改善。结论:九龙虫抗衰老作用可通过改善机体生殖系统功能而实现。
Objective:To observe the effect of Jiulong Insect on genital system in female senile rats. Methods :40 SD female senile rats of 15 months old were divided randomly into model group ,Jiulong Insect high dosage group,Jiulong Insect medium dosage group and Jiulong Insect low dosage group. SD female rats of 4 months old formed a youth group. SD female rats of 18 months old formed a older group. They were orally administered with 15 mL · (kg · d) -1,0.028 g · (kg · d) -1,0.014 g · (kg · d) -1 and 0. 007 g · (kg · d) -1 of Jiulong Insect suspension, 15 mL · (kg · d) -1 and 15 mL · (kg · d) -1 respectively, and continuously 42 days. 24 hours later after the last administration, weight was examined, the ovarian index and uterine index were measured. Serum estradiol and progesterone were determined. Changes of the ovary morphological were also detected. Results : The ovarian index, uterine index, serum estradiol, progesterone, average of primary follicle, secondary follicle, mature follicle were decreased in model group, compared with youth group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The above index were ameliorated in every-dosage group of Jiulong Insect. Conclusion:The anti-aging activity of Jiulong insect is achieved by improving genital system.
