高职院校学生管理工作探析

高职院校学生管理是高校管理的重要组成部分,它关系着校园文化和优良学风的塑造。本文首先分析了新形势下高职院校学生管理工作所面临的生源素质、价值观困惑、90后学生心理叛逆性、辅导员"管而不教"的各类挑战,然后提出了改进高职院校学生管理工作的几点建议。

Students management in higher vocational education has direct effect on the order of teaching,campus culture and learning atmosphere in colleges. At first, this paper analyzes the student management ofhigher vocational colleges under the new situation , which faces all kinds of challenges from students qualities,values confusion, after 90 students psychological rebellious, and counselors＂ not teach but manage＂. Combiningthese problems we put forward some suggestions on improving students management work in higher vocational col-leges.
