摘要
当前本科生导师制开展过程中存在着学生缺乏主动性的核心问题,难以实现本导工作的根本价值。本文就本科生主动参与导师制的问题进行分析,揭示本科生缺乏主动参与导师制的原因,提出促进本科生主动参与的策略,为解决本科生参与导师制积极性不高的问题提出意见建议。
At present, in the process of carrying out undergraduate tutorial system, there exists a core problem of students’ lack of initiative, which results in the failure of realizing the fundamental value of the work. This paper analyzes the problem of undergraduates’ active participation in tutorial system, reveals the cause of the lack of initiative, and puts forward the strategies of promoting students’ active participation and suggestions on how to solve the problem of students’ lack of enthusiasm.
