摘要 采用高集成度的芯片设计出一种新型的矿灯电源管理电路。主要通过锂电池充电芯片TP4056的恒流-恒压模式对锂电池进行充电,通过矿灯专用芯片SN3135对主辅一体式的LED进行恒流驱动,主辅灯的工作状态可以通过自动和手动两种切换功能来实现。电路具有过充、过放、温度保护和充电状态指示的功能。实验表明:该矿灯电源管理电路结构简单、性能稳定、成本低,能够满足井下使用要求。 A new type of miner's power management circuit is designed by a high-level integration chip.Lithium battery is charged by adopting constant current-constant voltage mode of TP4056 chip,and the main-to-auxiliary integrated LED is driven through the miner's special chip SN3135.The working status of the main light source and auxiliary light source can be adjusted by manual and automatic mode.The circuit has protection function of overcharge,over discharge,temperature detection and charge status indication.The experimental results show that the miner's power management circuit can satisfy the underground use requirement,which has such characteristics as simplicity,stability and economy.
