基于蒽基的稠环芳香烃蓝光主体发光材料的合成及其电致发光性质的研究 被引量:1

Synthesis of Anthryl Based Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrogencarbon Blue Fluorescence Materials and Their Electrolumnescent Devices

摘要 合成了3种基于蒽基的稠环芳香烃(PAH)主体蓝光发光材料,详细研究了材料光电特性及热稳定性。结果发现,3种PAH材料具有较高的发光量子效率以及良好的热稳定性。通过真空镀膜方法,制备了以3种PAH材料为发光层的非掺杂蓝光电致发光器件。结合高斯09软件对材料进行量化计算,从分子结构、材料性能及电致发光特性几方面进行了比较和讨论。 Three blue fluorescent polycyclic aromatic hydrogencarbons (PAH) with anthracene core are synthesized,and their optical,electrochemical and thermal properties are characterized.These materials exhibites high luminescence quantum efficiency and good thermal stability.Quantum chemistry calculation based on molecular structure is performed by Gaussian 09 software for the property explanation.Finally,with the as-synthesized PAH materials as light-emitting layer,three non-doped blue electroluminescent devices are prepared by vacuum vapor deposition.
