摘要
高校图书采购招标项目用户满意度研究是基于企业中的顾客满意度理论,运用顾客满意度原理和方法挖掘出高校图书采购招标项目用户满意度的内涵、实质和基本特征,并根据高校图书采购招标项目的自身特点,构建了图书采购招标项目用户满意度理论模型,客观分析了高校图书采购招标项目用户满意度的实质和现状,揭示了对高校图书采购招标项目进行用户满意度研究的必要性和现实意义。
Based on the enterprise customer satisfaction theory, this paper finds the connotation, substance and basic feature of user satisfaction in book procurement tenders in universities. Then according to the characteristics of book procurement tenders in universities, the author puts forward to establishing a new theory model of user satisfaction degree in book procurement tenders in universities. Besides, the paper analyzes the current situation of user satisfaction in book procurement tenders in universities using such theory model and further points its necessity and realistic meaning.
