碳纳米管在气敏传感器中的应用及其发展趋势

摘要 碳纳米管具有较大的比表面积,对气体有良好的吸附能力,在气敏传感器中有巨大的应用潜力。文章从碳纳米管的结构对其进行分类,重点对碳纳米管在气敏传感器中的应用进行了评述,并对碳纳米管在不同衬底上制备的气敏传感器进行描述,总结了碳纳米管气敏传感器的发展现状,最后概况了碳纳米管气敏传感器的发展趋势。
