Transformation from the Newly Upgraded Colleges and Universities to the Universities of Applied Sciences

新升格本科院校向应用技术型高校转型是一个不可逆转的大趋势，本文分析转型的深层次原因，阐述了目前部分新升格本科院校向应用技术型高校转型六个方面的突出问题，并借鉴德国应用科技大学发展以及国内相关产业的经验教训，提出发展应用技术型高校的外部推进和内部改革两个思路。

It is an irreversible trend that the newly upgraded colleges and universities transform applied sciences. This paper analyzes the deep reasons and expounds the six typical problems to the universities of during the transformation of some colleges. Drawing lessons from the development of German universities of applied sciences as well as the experiences and lessons from the relevant domestic industries, this paper puts forward the two ideas of both external propulsion and internal reform about the development of university of applied sciences.
