Based on the research of Nanyang Polytechnic, this paper expounds the experience of the training for professional staff, School - enterprise eooperation, the construetion of campus culture and the teacher occupation spirit in Nanyang Polyteehnie, then gives a eomparative analysis of difference between Higher Vocational Edueation at home and abroad. It aims to find valuable experience for the development of Higher Vocational Education in China.
