小型有机固体熔炼装置运动控制系统设计

摘要 针对传统的实验室提纯有机半导体材料方法费力、费时、费材的缺点,文中提出一套基于DSP的小型有机半导体熔炼装置运动控制系统的设计方案。该设计方案以TMS320LF2407A为主控芯片,通过将两片L298N级联来提高驱动能力,同时采用软件细分的驱动技术,控制步进电机低速、平稳的运动。实验对蒽醌试样进行提纯,结果表明:该运动控制系统基本满足了熔炼装置对熔区运动的要求,实现了区域熔炼装置的自动化,为区域熔炼设备的研究和设计提供了新思路。 The traditional purifying method of the organic semiconductor material in laboratory is time-consuming, effort-consuming and money-consuming. In this paper, a design scheme of motion control system of small equipment which is based on DSP using for organic semiconductor melting is proposed. The system takes TMS320LF2407A as the main chip, by cascading two pieces of L298N, the driving capability is increased. Simultaneously, by using software micro stepping driving technique, the stepping motor moves slowly and steadily. Anthraquinone mixture is used in purification testing. The results show that this motion control system meets the requirements of the small melting equipment and realizes the automation of zone melting equipment. In addition, it provides a new idea of designing and stud- ying melting equipment.
