摘要
对转子设计领域中的已知阴阳转子中的任一转子求另一转子的难题进行了理论研究,针对传统求解及仿真诸多缺点,基于SolidWorks软件对这一难题进行了建模求解获得另一转子整个包络曲线,并且对传动进行了仿真,同时验证了设计的正确,彻底解决了阴阳转子互求设计及仿真的难题,研究的成果对螺杆转子、刀具等的设计及加工有重要参考价值。
The theoretical research of the problem in rotor design field of known any rotor of yinand yang rotor to solve the other rotor is carried out. Aiming at the many shortcomings of traditional solving and simulation, based on SolidWorks software, the modeling and solving of this problem are carried out to obtain another rotor entire envelope curves, and the simulation of transmission is com- pleted, and the correctness of the design is verified, the problem of yin and yang rotor each other to solve design and simulation is completely solved, the results of research on the design and processing of the screw rotors, knives and other have some important reference value.
