非对称渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮动态特性研究 被引量:6

Research of the Dynamic Characteristic of Asymmetric Involute Spur Gear

摘要 基于齿轮几何学及动力学理论,建立非对称渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮动态计算模型,并运用Matlab进行编程,对非对称渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮动态特性进行了研究。分析结果表明,非对称齿轮的啮合刚度高于对称齿轮但动态因数小于对称齿轮;随着齿轮压力角增加,啮合齿轮的重合度及传动误差不断减小,其动态因数也不断减小;随着齿根距离及压力角的增加,轮齿弯曲应力不断减小。 Based on the theory of gear geometry and dynamics, the dynamic calculation model ofasymmetric involute spur gear is established, and the programming is produced by Matlab, the dynam- ic characteristic of asymmetric involute spur gears is studied. The results show that the meshing stiff- ness of asymmetric gear is higher than symmetry gear, but the dynamic factor of asymmetric gear is less than symmetry gear. With the increase of pressure angle of gear, the meshing gear contact ratio and transmission error are reduced, and the dynamic factor is reduced. With the increase of tooth root distance and pressure angle, the bending stress of gear tooth is reduced.
