摘要
在车载行驶状态下,对某轻卡动力总成进行了工作模态测试分析。获得了动力总成的各阶模态参数,包括模态频率及振型。探讨了变速箱壳体开裂与模态振型的关系,为研究动力总成安装结构的优化设计提供了基础。
In the course of driving, the installing structure of the power train has great influence on the gearbox vibration modes and dynamic fatigue. For the gearbox cracking problems of a light truck, taking its working environment into consideration and combined with the modal theory, the vi- bration signal acquisition and operational modal analysis are carried out. The relation between gearbox cracking and modal of vibration is discussed. The analysis results offer foundation for the dynamics optimization design of the gearbox structure, which aims at reducing vibration and noise.
