摘要
针对一种特殊工况下工作的低速重载输送链——U型滑道约束式输送链,利用SoliWorks三维设计软件对U型滑道输送链建立三维模型,并按照路径配合关系导入全部链节进行装配,叙述了详细具体的操作步骤。最后给出U型滑道约束式输送链的物理运动仿真实现方法,可以直观地分析输送链的运动状态。对工程应用中链传动的数字化设计与制造具有一定的指导意义。
For a special kind of slow--speed overloading conveyor chain-U-type slide constrain- ed conveyor chain, the 3D Modeling of U--shaped conveyor chain is built by use of SolidWorks soft- ware, the assembling of it is carried out in terms of path matching and the detailed and specific operating steps is described. The implement method of physical motion simulation of U-type slide constrained conveyor chain transmission is given. It provides some guiding significance for digital design and manufacturing of chain transmission in engineering applications.
