摘要 带传动以柔性体带为中间元件来传递动力和运动,其由装在平行轴上的主、从动带轮和绕在带轮上的柔性体带所组成,被广泛应用于工农业生产中。摩擦型带传动存在非稳定、动张力传播以及弹性滑动和打滑等现象,首先从理论上分析这些特性,然后基于Recurdyn软件对多排V带传动过程进行仿真,得到相关动力学和运动学曲线,为多排V带的设计和计算提供参考。 The belt drive transfering power and motion by regarding flexible body as the interme- diate element, it is composed of the drive and the driven pulley Installed in parallel shaft and the pulley wrapping around with flexible body, and widely used in industrial and agricultural production. Fric- tion belt drive has the phenomenon of unsteady, dynamic tension spread, elastic slip and skid. First- ly, these characteristics of belt drive are analyzed from theoretically, then, the drive process simula- tion of multi--row V belt drive is carried out based on RecurDyn, the relevant dynamics and kinemat- ics curves are got, a reference for the design and calculation of multi--row V belt is provided.
