摘要
蛇簧联轴器是皮带机驱动装置的关键部件之一,在皮带机上有广泛的应用,但使用过程中联轴器的簧片易断裂,齿块易磨损,影响了联轴器的使用寿命。建立了簧片和齿块的三维模型,对簧片和齿块应用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了应力分析及强度计算。结果表明,ANSYS仿真分析能够较真实地反映联轴器簧片和齿块的实际受力状态,了解零件各点的应力情况,为簧片和齿块的设计和加工的合理性提供了必要的依据。
The grid Coupling is one of the key components of the driving device in the belt conveyor, it is widely used in belt conveyor. In the process of using, the leaf spring of coupling is easily bro- ken, the tooth block is easily wear. These affect the life of the coupling. The 3--D models of leaf spring and tooth block are established. The stress analysis and strength calculation is carried out by using ANSYS. The results show that, ANSYS simulation analysis can truly reflect the actual stress of coupling. The necessary basis for the leaf spring and tooth block design and machining is provided.
