摘要
近年来对CD13与恶性肿瘤相关性的研究逐渐受到重视,氨基肽酶N(APN)通过对细胞外基质的降解等自身特性,对恶性肿瘤的转移与侵袭起到了促进作用,并对新生血管生成、抗原呈递、免疫应答等生理和病理过程起到了负面作用。CD13与肿瘤干细胞的关系,亦可能成为肿瘤形成与进展的条件。通过对APN的抑制有助于机体自身免疫系统对恶性肿瘤的识别,同时抑制恶性肿瘤的转移与侵袭。
In recent years, the research on the correlation between CD13 and cancer draws more and more attention. Due to its characteristics, aminopeptidase N (APN) can promote the malignant tumor metastasis and invasion through degrading the extracellular matrix, and plays a negative role in the angiogenesis, antigen- presenting immune response and other physiological and pathological process. The relationship between CD13 and the tumor stem cells may become the condition of the formation and progression of tumor. Inhibiting APN can help the body's own immune system recognize the malignant tumor, so as to inhibit cancer metastasis and invasion.
